Septic & Sewer Service Disclaimer

• Septic Pumping: Pumping is a maintenance task; it is not a repair for a failed drain field or a cracked tank.
• Hydro Jetting: While safe for most pipes, high-pressure jetting can reveal pre-existing structural decay. We recommend a camera inspection first to assess the condition of older lines.
• Sump Pumps: Our installation and repairs are designed for maximum water diversion; however, no pump can guarantee 100% protection against unprecedented flooding or utility-side power outages.
• Site Access: Clients are responsible for providing clear access to septic lids. If excavation is required to find a lid, additional fees apply.
